Software Development Engineer

As a growing company, we are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer to contribute to the development of Decodio’s next generation solutions.

This position will play a key role in developing our software products, integrate new hardware and software, and assist in documentation development. Specifically, they will support creating signal processing algorithms, data visualizations and user interfaces. The Software Development Engineer will work with the Lead Engineer on the definition and realization of software modules with setting deadlines and priorities. Lastly, they will drive new feature implementation (end to end) from requirements engineering, architectural design and specification to implementation, and test and documentation.

Tech Support & Documentation Engineer

Decodio is growing and is seeking a versatile and personable team member to fill our new Technical Support and Documentation Engineer role. This position will augment the Engineering Team, responding to customer issues professionally across multiple channels. They must develop, demonstrate and maintain technical skills to troubleshoot issues, create test scenarios and investigate software issues based on customer product use. If required, they will plan on-site support to solve more complex issues. This position will write technical documentation and user manuals revision, incorporating lessons learned from their intimate understanding with customer problems.

Provide technical support for company products to customers via phone, email and other channels

Focus on in-depth problem analysis of the company's products and their integration into customer environments using troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge to isolate, analyze and provide resolution to customer issues

Proactively monitors assigned open tickets, contacts customers, and updates tickets on a timely basis.

Participate in benchmark and performance testing.

Coordinates possible on-site support.

Systems Integration Engineer

As Decodio integrates a growing number of hardware combinations with our successful software products, we are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to assist us. This position will analyze a wide variety of hardware and software pairings to meet customer needs. You will have great latitude to be creative, conceiving and testing various approaches to determine which is best suited to meet technical and programmatic objectives. This position must have advanced knowledge of radio frequency receivers and be able to plan, test, and develop systems up to expanded multisite networks.

Design, assemble, configure, test and install systems based on customer’s specifications.

Work with software team to integrate customer hardware with our products.

Serve as our sensor, GNSS device, and hardware expert.

Perform field tests including: Drive Test, TDoA, AoA, site surveys, signal analysis applications, among others.

Support Marketing and Technical-Support teams as a subject matter expert.

Additionally serve as Decodio’s internal IT lead (installing new PCs, Updates, VPN, Telephones, Policies)

Technical Sales Manager

Decodio is growing and searching for two Technical Sales Managers, one for Switzerland/Europe and one for Asian Markets. We seek candidates that understand how to support the entire business development life cycle. This includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, technical writing, interpreting technical requirements, estimating and defending pursuit resources, developing robust capture plans, creating winning proposals, and maintaining outstanding customer relationships post-award to facilitate organic growth opportunities. The successful candidate will possess the necessary skills and a proven track record in business development with government and commercial entities.

Decodio is seeking a motivated and creative team member to fill our international marketing needs. We are seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist responsible for the promotion and communications of Decodio’s solutions. They will be responsible for helping the sales and engineer team to fulfill their sales objectives and goals by combining technical and marketing knowledge and competences. Additional responsibilities include providing analyzing the market trends and expectations and design new sales and promotion techniques, regulatory trends, competitive research, customer feedback, and general consumer data.

Direct and implement a communications strategy that is aligned with key marketing initiatives, building our brand and strategic business priorities
